This slip is made of 2 layers of tulles with a smooth satin-like polyester lining which prevents the tulles from scratching against your sensitive skin. These 2 layers of tulles not only added fullness to the slip. They will also prevent the hoops from showing thru your dress.

You can easily reduce the size of those 4 hoops to your ideal width. You can also easily remove the hoops for wearing it without hoops or for machine washing purpose.
