Open floor plan, windows and doors included, you tell us where you want them. Walls can be insulated with 2 lb. Closed cell foam insulation to achieve better than R25.

Foundation includes Nordic Steel's patent pending, proprietary pier anchor systems that require no concrete, just back fill for a rock solid foundation. A crew of 4 can have the entire shell and foundation finished in less than a week. Designed to eliminate expensive, skilled labor, factory precision components and full BIM plans allow for most DIY'ers to erect this cabin with ease.
